Yep. I just didn’t see it. The takeaways are this.

1)Teasley and KOC did not believe that JJM had upside beyond a backup. OR he was a negative in the locker room, or both.

2) KOC likely deserves some of this blame. I can’t believe Kwesi drafted him without KOC’s blessing, although we will never know.

3) NFL QB is the toughest position in sport. I think people are way too negative on Murray at this point. He was as good as Mayfield yesterday, that tells you a lot. If Addison hangs onto that deep ball that hit him right in the hands yesterday (tough catch for sure), Murray’s stat line looks a lot better today.

No, he has shown as much as JJM did last year, if not less. Yet it is a wait and see approach with Murray. 😏

I figured he would have been traded long before this. Trading him is whatever. Trading him when it is clear as day that Murray is having major issues is what makes it strange.

If Kyler didn't under throw that deep ball, Addison is off to the races for another TD. Instead he had to slow down and make a tough catch with contact from the defender. It was the same thing on the TD catch. Underthrown and Addison had to make a tough catch to bring it in.

That is exactly what happened. But most won't say it. Just blame it on the WR. Absolute opposite of last year with the blaming.

Yes, Kyler under threw him twice.

I think Kyler had only 3 or 4 decent throws.

Completely agree. Jets makes that catch but he among a handful, would love to see Addison take that next step. He made a great adjustment on the TD. Very similar plays.

Right. If that was USBank yesterday, I have a feeling that fans would have let us know how they felt about Murray and JJM. Something KOC wanted no part of. It is against the Dolphins. I am sure Murray will look just fine, and people will think everything is fine. I do not trust him against any team that is worth something.

To be fair, I think we have seen several QBs underthrow addison. Not that Murray wasn't off, but I think JA is just that fast, and quick off the line

Well, I don't know what I can add that hasn't already been stated. It doesn't really surprise me. Trading for only a 5th does though.
