OT: Twins Fans...
#41
Cleveland made the team look mortal, and exposed the BP weaknesses.  Love how they bounce back though.  It's fun to be a Twins fan again, and I love tossing on my Twins caps so much more this season.  B)

Lordie, Lordie have mercy...

Nelson Cruz, C.J. Cron homer as Twins rout Mariners 10-5A six-run sixth inning blows the game open as Twins improve to 17-4 in games following losses.

This team mashes the ball like nobody else, and I love it.  It's insane a guy like Buxton is batting 9th, and he's fantastically getting more dangerous as the season goes on.   They have the depth that can just wear opposing teams down.  There just isn't any soft spots in their batting order now.

If they could just get some strength and depth in the late inning bullpen.  That's their weakness, and good teams will expose it.

While this team isn't perfect, it's still an incredible turnaround from last season.

Skol Twins! B)

reminds me of the royals a few years ago,  their starting rotation was so dominant,  but their season was ruined once teams got to their bull pens.   Our bull pen isnt good, but their arent that bad either,  they are just not getting away with any mistakes and even some good pitches are getting knocked around.  kind of snake bitten right now.

It's crazy how deep the everyday lineup is...  when you have Cron, Sano, Garver, Schoop, and Buxton batting 5 through 9...  those guys could easily be some teams 1-5 hitters.

Hey needs to go down for a while,  it would be one thing if his defense was worth letting him work through it,  but he isnt a great 3rd baseman either.  Send him down and see if he finds some pride and focus to learn to see the strike zone.
