“Well, I have like a million reasons to be mad at any given moment, so I just pick one of them,” Samia said. “You definitely need to be mad because (linemen) are the ones that make contact every single play.”
Pressed for what makes him angry, Samia demurred.
“You guys don’t get to know that,” he said. “That’s my little secret.”
It has worked wonders so far. Samia started four seasons at Oklahoma and was named a second-team All-American last season after blocking for the No. 1 overall pick, quarterback Kyler Murray.
“He fits the zone scheme very well,” Spielman said of Samia. “He was the highest-rated player on our board at the time, and we were going to stay true to our board, and continue to add to that competition on the offensive line.”

Sneaky signing. Look at the good Lines in the League and you will see at least one guy who's on his second or third team that let him walk that wasn't a high profile signing.

That Eagles Line that won the SB had Weisnewski on like his fourth team and Brooks (former 4th Rounder) that Houston let walk. Glowinski with Indy is another example. So's that fat LT that NE won a ring with that just cashed in during FA. And there's literally at least a dozen more examples.

I'm not saying Dozier will even make the team but you should always swing the bat with guys like this every chance you get.

That is why you see a guy like Willie to Beaver get chance after chance. Lineman are gold in the NFL right now. That is why teams like the Colts made it a priority to build their line. Look out for Luck over the next few years.

It might be a give and take until he dials it in. And I'll take the penalties in exchange for the attitude he should inject into the offensive line. How many unsportsmanlike conduct penalties do you ever see from an OL anyway? When it comes to OL, the holding and false starts are what kill you and I don't know that he has a problem with that.

And I love the "next play" mentality.  He didn't retaliate for getting beat on that play, but drove the guy to the ground on the next play.  All good and legal.

Watch the whole clip...  He throws him down and then gives him a yank backwards when they are on the ground.  Stuff like that will get flagged if it happens too often.

There's a difference between being tough (imposing your will and throwing him down) and being dirty (going for heads or yanking guys backwards where they can get hurt).

We've gone so long without having a dirty player.  I think a little dirt is ok now and then.  For crying out loud it got the Saints our Super Bowl.

You gotta love the intensity Bradbury and Samia bring to the offensive line.  And there's absolutely nothing wrong with having offensive linemen in the trenches bring that kind of intimidation.
