This is the one thing that may end up getting Shurmur in some trouble when he interviews. Its hard to say who he'll be able to recruit onto his staff. There are a few internal candidates who could get promotions externally if he were to follow. Otherwise you're really looking hard at the Andy Reid coaching tree to dig up names. If there is a weakness in Shurmur's interviews this likely could be it.
That is what I mean. I dont think Shurmur has many in his coaching tree. I dont see much following him from here.
