Not that I'm counting, but I closed on a house day after Christmas...my personal come back is now complete...less than 10 minutes from the beach or downtown... plenty of room for me, my girlfriend, and our 3 dogs...pool, Jacuzzi, and 6' privacy fence...less than 10 minutes from work...

Oh, grievance were aired...we were supposed to close BEFORE Christmas...there was a problem with one of the comps...so less than 24 hours from when were supposed to close I get notice of the problem...had to undo everything...movers...services...complete pain in the ass but the end result was worthwhile...

Thats a beautiful area! Spent some time a bit south in Sarasota - Loved it! Is the Dali Museum as cool as they say it is?
Also visited Tampa a few times with my buddy while in Sarasota - but for only one reason back in the late 90's / early 2000's - Two words: Mons Venus. Should probably stop there. B)

Took the kids to Disneyworld for the holidays last year and drove over to Clearwater Beach for a day. I have to say, that is a very impressive area. Looks like the Caribbean. White sands, impossibly blue water. You must feel like you're on vacation every day.

B)The Dali depends on the exhibit...my girlfriend got us a year pass...some exhibits were cool, others just a bit too far out...the places is growing so fast...tons of condos going up starting at $600k for a studio...others even more outrageous...tons of great places to eat, cool shops, good music...LOL...I used to work about 3 minutes from the Mons...
