Eagles' interest in Jonathan Greenard highlighted here.
Vikings prefer to keep Greenard, who wants new deal. A trade 'really not something (Minnesota's) trying to do,' per source.
But trade interest is there, and draft is natural spot for teams to take another crack.

Schefter: One GM said he'd draft S Treydan Stukes ahead of Caleb Downs:
"One of the best safeties I've seen [in my time as a GM]."
The #49ers have had lingering questions around Trent Williams for weeks, questions that have been answered.
Williams gets $24.5M this year on a 2-year, $50M deal that also locks him in for 2027, per
. He has $37M fully guaranteed into next year when he’ll be 39.

Who knows what's accurate and this could absolutely be posturing by the Vikings, but in what world does keeping Jonathan Geeenard make any sense, (financially or otherwise), for the Vikings? We have a young stud behind him on a rookie contract, Greenard wants to get paid more money, and are the Vikings going to pay him then reduce his snap count significantly because of Turner? That would be stupidity at its finest, so of course it makes sense for this organization

BREAKING: A.J. Brown is expected to be traded to the Patriots on or after June 1, per @AdamSchefter.
A deal has been discussed, with both sides targeting post-June 1 when Brown's $40M cap hit will be split across two seasons.
Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy on the move this week?
with some nuggets on draft week.
McCarthy's stock around the league "appears low" and Robinson does not think the "Vikings are trying to have a QB competition and believes McCarthy's trade value "is going to go anywhere but down from here".
"If the Vikings are eventually going to deal him, this is the window — either during this draft or afterward — with a team that is looking for a young developmental backup."

Would you take a 4th rounder for him?

Hard for me to believe (really hard) we arent going D in Rd 1...But if we weren't, would we be better off with Sadiq or a traditional WR?
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

Unfortunately, I think that Philly knows that they can get him potentially for a second round pick from Minnesota. The Vikings more than likely don't want to lock themselves into a long-term guaranteed new contract with Greenard and the Eagles will sweat out the Vikings to reduce the comp. #54 in round 2 is probably what Philly will agree to, certainly not their first round pick. I bet they are offering #68 and will 'settle' for #54.

This guy is reading my mind... uncanny. Even if JJM is secretly the next NFL all time GOAT, he'll never be that in purple where the owners always need to win now. Their impatience trickles down to the HC whose whisperer schtick is coincidentally paper thin. And that's how it all became the Kyler Murray show.

Just the opposite for me...I dont think JJM is going anywhere, least not this year. Way TOO MANY questions on Murray that need to be addressed and too much upside for JJ.

I’m not sure the value is there unless McCoy slides or Downs.

I'm betting the Vikings want a 2nd rounder and the offers have been 3rd rounders. I don't take a 3rd for him, but I might pull the trigger for a 2nd.

Jeremiah just dropped his latest top 150 prospects:

Not sure I agree with some of these, but all opinions are good until the Draft is over.

If it's asymptomatic, why was a test done to find the herniated disk in the first place? Sounds fishy!
