Stop Me If You've Heard This Before, Diggs Hurt
Stefon Diggs - WR - Vikings
Stefon Diggs exited Monday night's Week 5 game against the Bears with a groin injury.Diggs caught 1-of-4 targets for four yards before leaving, and he's being labeled questionable to return. Michael Floyd and Laquon Treadwell will pick up the leftover snaps, while Adam Thielen is the clear-cut No. 1.
This is getting to be tiresome...
hasnt it been this every year? plays lights out for 3 or 4 weeks and then has an injury.
@"Riphawkins" said: Probably good Floyd is playong now.Especially with Keenum throwing the ball....pretty inaccurate the bigger bodied guy should be better suited to take the beatings that come from adjusting to poorly thrown passes.

Bovada needs a line on what week of the season Diggs gets injured for the year. Needed him to pick-up the big play production with Cook out. Why do I have a feelings thats going to come from Thielen or even Floyd 1st?
He gutted it out and came back in the game. Maybe you missed that part?
The guy gutted-out a groin injury to finish the game. If you've not had a groin injury, then you don't know what it's like to run with one. We see the locker room aftermath, these players take a beating beyond your wildest dreams. Fans are too harsh on injured players in a brutal sport
It's definitely disappointing to see him hurt again. Hopefully it's not something that lingers for weeks or the rest of the season. I think he has Antonio Brown level of talent when he's healthy and fired up.

So kudos to him for gutting it out, but it certainly is getting tiresome to see such talent only to have it disappear every year to injuries. No slight to Diggs, but we need him healthy.

Maybe you missed that part?Nope, saw that...he gutted out one last year too...highly ineffective in doing so...guy is always dinged up with the same bullshit injuries...Not dependable...hopefully Floyd or Treadwell pick up the slack...Thielan can't carry the load alone...

Yes it's a brutal game, yes players get injured. some just more than others. I love Diggs, I just want him to stay healthy. He has been hurt every year, usually after starting out with a bang. If he can shake it off and play out the rest of the season, fine! If this bothers him from here out and he can't be the Diggs we all love to see play, then there is a problem. With a groin, it seems those linger around.
We could really use him this week. He tore up the Packers at home last year.

@"Riphawkins" said:True, but if he is unable to play, he can be comforted as having the same stars as Treadwell for that game...@"Tom Moore" said: The guy gutted-out a groin injury to finish the game. The football gods hate The Vikings...
Teddy
Bradford
Cook
Now maybe Diggs...
I mean, WTF?
SMFH...I guess this would be better than the shit show last year became...You just can't count on Diggs...best ability is availability...shit...
There's a reason he was a fifth-round pick, you know. Staying healthy has been a problem for him for years.
if this is more than a tweak, which is usually good in a few days, then shut him down for a few weeks for sure, if he is feeling discomfort then keep him on the shelf. if Case is our QB i think we are going to stumble along anyways so we might as well let Diggs get healthy along the way. Time for Wright and Treadwell to make their case ( or at least showcase them for a trade before the deadline.)
