Agree, I would think if you are answering the question of what are you about and what is your philosophy that it should be so ingrained within in you that it should just be an abundant flow of words that come naturally for you.  I just can't imagine how you read a question like that from a paper?  Probably the least impressive introductory press conference I have ever seen.
