Give me Ryans
Given KAM's inexperience as a GM, I think it would be prudent to hire an experienced HC. Pederson has always been my first choice. If he's not a candidate, then I would hire Morris.

I posted in another thread how Pederson should be high on the list.
IF he's isnt? Well then the Vikings FO owes me an explanation why not.
His experience is another bonus to pair with KAM.

"His play calling is amazing, in clutch moments, in the calls he makes it gives you so much confidence as a player."
Texans HC job is still vacant...Just saying!

pack O outgained 9er O.
why dont we want the packer D coord, Joe Barry?
he statistically out-performed Ryans.
Wow someone had a bad day so you have to go into every thread and be a complete tool or is that just the daily for you?
Might wanna mind yer manners a bit.He attacked your opinion, not you. I suggest you do the same.

I don't really need you to tell me how to act, how about you mind your own manners.

consider this more official. Don't go to the name calling well again, got it?
@"StickyBun" said:I like both Pederson and Morris as well. Not convinced about 1-year wonders like - O'Connell, Ryans, Moore, McDaniel. It's like a young QB who looks great at first then teams have a year to make them look like fools. Give me guys that have done it at different levels for a few years each or a HC who won a team's first SB with a backup QB.@"Knucklehead" said: Given KAM's inexperience as a GM, I think it would be prudent to hire an experienced HC. I still like Kellen Moore but buzz seems to be diminishing around him. Morris is my other favorite of the rumored candidates. Pederson strikes me as a Mike McCarthy type. Not into that.

Pederson mad his with the luxury of Foles and Wentz :)

One interesting thing about O'C is that he was Cousins' QB coach in Washington in '17. Dunno if that's good or bad for the Cousins camp, but former coaches of Cousins seem to like him, Zimmer likely excluded.

Sounds like it was down to Him (O'Connell) or Hackett in Denver so he must have interviewed pretty well.
Deneco Ryans is out. Declined a second interview with Minnesota. This is shaping up to be an OConnel/Harbaugh race
Ryans is out.

Obviously, he has read the tea leaves.

Wow! Interesting. I just posted in another thread saying it feels like this is Harbaugh's job to lose, before I had even heard this news about Ryans. Now I have to say it REALLY feels like Harbaugh is the frontrunner.
Hate to hear that guys are declining interviews but he has to do what's best for him. I personally would prefer an offensive-minded guy, be it Harbaugh, KOC, or to some extent Morris. So I can't say I'm crying over this news but still, Ryans seems like a great coach too.
