Private company -- as long as they are not discriminating based on certain status (such as religion, ethnicity, etc.), there is no claim.  I think the more interesting thing is Republicans supporting state government (like Florida) making rules as to what customers a business must serve (the unvaccinated in the case of cruise lines).  Where and when I grew up, Republicans stood for smaller state and federal government and pushing regulations down to the local level.   Since the Republican party embraced cultural wars, I don't recognize it anymore.

courts have ruled but it wouldnt matter. unless youre in montana youre in a right to work state

As bad it would be, the best case scenario would be Kirk misses a game early which ends up being a loss, and the resulting pressure makes him change his mind and get a shot. 

Because imho that missing a game and losing it scenario is bound to happen, and the later in the season it happens the worse the damage will be, if they are genuinely competing for the division.

Agreed. I thought he had two choices at today's presser: 1) Say this was a wake-up call and made you re-consider your position on the vaccine. 2) Say you'll remain unvaccinated, but you understand the risks, and will comply with all of the protocols. Instead, he blamed a room.
