Any 3T, OL or S worthy of #14???

I'll second Nixon. I haven't seen a single snap of Rousseau, but he played all up and down the Canes' line. Paye could kick inside. Tufele.

OL, there's really several. Davis, Darrisaw, and Slater are current favorites.

No one in the S class currently looks like a first let alone that high.

The way I see it, plenty of OLs and one DT: Nixon. 

Christian Barmore is an interesting prospect too. Maybe not at 14, but if we trade back or so. The few times I've seen him he was always making plays in the backfield.

What if one of the star WRs (my top 4 are Chase, Smith, Waddle, and Ross) or QBs (Fields/Wilson, Mac Jones, Trey Lance) drops to 14.  There is a good chance one or more of these guys will be there.  I think they are all better / more valuable than any O lineman not named Sewell.  If we see our QBOTF, you have to take him regardless of how you feel about Cousins.  If not, they may be worth a lot more to some other team and present an opportunity to trade back.  Say Miami takes Sewell at 3 and wants one of the top WRs.  They have a second 1st round pick not too far behind us.

Man, I'm no draftnik, but I'm not sure I'd put Mac Jones that high.

I really like Barmore too. It'd be nice if we could somehow trade into the 2nd round and snag him. Obviously that depends on a lot of variables, especially who we take in the first round

Whats the odds we trade down in the first to regain a second.

WR would be a tough sell. QB yes please. But if they don't go QB then yeah we clearly need any D-line help we can get and a Dozier replacement would be great too.

It is tough with QBs.  Someone may love him.  Smart, reads coverages pretty quickly, accurate long ball. Just saying there could very well be some potential game changers where we pick.  Could be a good opportunity.

I like Dayvion better than Barmore.  He seems quicker.  More of a true 3T.  We already (I hope) have Pierce. We are thin at 3T.  That or DE is what I expect in the first.

I think Barmore stays. He's done well in limited reps. Nicked up both years.

I'm going to be really curious how Nixon tests at the combine.  I admittedly have not watched a lot of Iowa football this season. I know he was a JC transfer that didn't do much last year but tore it up this season: 5.5 sacks and 13.5 tfl in 6 games. Maybe the whole Jaleel Johnson thing has soured me on Iowa DT's, but I would want more of a sure thing at that position.  Kiper has him at #10 on his bog board, McShay had him go at the 22nd pick in his recent mock draft, and GBN has him 18th on their board
