"Close" would be if they went to several votes and dragged on for months. First vote, only 79% cared to vote? Hardly serious resistance.

I question if 20% of the league could read the CBA proposal let alone understand it enough to vote. I did hear that it was really damn long and that would have cut into gaming time....or 20% were to high to remember where they left the proposal.
I think removing the marijuana suspension is a good thing.
