I am with Jimmy.  Trump sez many stupid things, but I missed this being the definitive end all proof of racism.  Unless that proof is just that the media tells you so.
I look at it this way,  would it be racist if a white American was over in these foreign countries, stirring up shit about how the country is run, and was told to go home if they wanted to change the country?  no, it likely has happened plenty with missionarys and other American people around the word doing shit that isnt appreciated by local authorities.

Would it be racist if Trump were a black woman and said it?
Wouldn't it be amazing if Emperor Cheeto could go a full week without forcing his apologists to try and marginalize his endless moronic babbling?

Y'all MUST be getting tired by now....

its easy to make wise cracks from the sidelines.  i agree with you on a lot of your 3rd party takes,  but I am also not naive enough to believe that any of those 3rd party people have enough clout to get the job done.  when a solid 3rd party emerges I will likely be right there with you,  but until then its plug ones nose and pick the least problematic candidate from those most likely to have a real chance.

Trump does stuff like this on purpose.  He says something that is mildly offensive,
and it gets people to react in the way that he wants to, for his gain.  The democrats are in full blown meltdown mode
and this only further continues it.  The very
vocal reactionary members of the left will continue to make themselves ugly and
call people names further reinforcing the moderates having to choose between
Trump and the pitchfork mob that is the vocal left.  It also gives more publicity for the further
left members of the democrats, while diminishing the moderate democrats, and as
long as the far-left minority is in control of the democratic narrative they
don’t stand a chance in 2020.  When push
comes to shove, moderates would rather vote for Trump or not vote at all, than
vote for socialism or identitarianism.
And in 8 months, this isn’t even going to be a knock against Trump,
because he’s got that Teflon quality where nothing sticks.

In 2020, a sizeable chunk of the left is going to stay home
and not vote, just like they did in 2016, because they no longer recognize
their own party and don’t have a party to vote for.

Oh for fuck's sakes.

Why do you guys have to explain away every racist horrible thing he says?  Telling a group of colored women to go back where they came from, when 3/4 were born in the USA?  It's fucking sexist, degrading, xenophobic and yes it's racist as fuck - all because they criticized him and his policies.  If you don't think this is racist you need to do some soul-searching and accept that either:  1) you don't understand what racism is. 2) you're racist too

When did Obama ever lash out at ANYONE like this - you think he wasn't criticized by the GOP and Fox News?

Completely fucking un-American, unacceptable.  We are talking about the God damn President of the United States for fucking sakes, not your drunk uncle at Thanksgiving.

Now the Toddler in Chief demands an apology from Congresswomen after attacking them with his racist rant ...

LMAO you can't make this shit up:

so was what he said racist,  or the fact that he said it to minority women?   if he told a white man of a different nationality to go back to where he came from and fix the shit there,  would that have been racist if Trump were of a different skin color?  you are right,  I dont understand what all is racist any longer.  I can understand the 3 American born women being offended by the comment,  but I dont see the racism in it.  the only ones bringing color into the issue are the people wanting to roast trump who didnt make it a racial issue from my view point,  but then again I am racists myself apparently so my opinion is likely not important.

I missed the part of that comment that was racist.   Is telling somebody you disagree with to go home a racist statement?  Is the congress person in question not from a country that is doing poorly?  was that the racists part of the comment?  I dont want to be labeled racist so somebody please explain it to me.
im with you  jimmy

For the sake of argument, let's say it WAS racist. Why do you guys feel the need to clutter up this board with your wailing and gnashing of; teeth over it?  What are you hoping to accomplish?
Serious question, because there are A LOT of things that liberals do that bother me. But I don't come running to this board to whine about it.

Speaking to a pastor, it is a bunch of guys getting together in a circle to "pat themselves on the back".

He sez some stupid stuff, but I am somewhat with you, it may be partially on purpose.  His twitter feed is the lightening rod that attracts the media while his policies are making a difference.

the first year or so I was shaking my head at his tweets and wondering how somebody could be so stupid,  but honestly I am starting to join the crowd that thinks he is doing a rope a dope with his twitter shit.   everybody is so busy watching his twitter feed they arent seeing what he is really accomplishing and that apparently works for him.  despite no major replacements for aca,  and the border issue still not being fixed,  he is making headway on other things that he promised.  I do think he needs either a wall deal,  or a major break through on health care in the next 12 months to seal his re-election.
