So no collusion.

This is amazing. A1 is spinning out of control. The true colors are coming out. Ranting about the gays, the "blacks", "libtards"...

"Nobody is more pro-gay rights than me." Remember when Donnie said, "I am the least racist person you've ever met."

Keep ranting, dummy. Nobody was accusing you of being racist, homophobe, or any of the above. I, personally, accused you of being stupid. Which, of course, you are.
Stupid for wasting my time tryjng to debate a mental midget.

All fucking assholes.  And when the Obama spying comes out ... and indictments come - we will see who laughs.

The reason why Zanary is stuck on stupid is the gay issue.

It is why he is a douchebag and acts out aboht Trump.

Again, no clear answer to a question...just a snarling attempt to push the blame elsewhere.  Trump/Hillary tactics at their best!

Throw in the typo'd name-calling, and the cheez-dust fairly glows!

Dopes.
That language is uncalled for.
You dopes wished I would commit suicide and have consistently called me stupid.

And yet we all know you should take offense because you are actually stupid.
Hint:

only 12-and-under brats use that "we all know" bullshit, because it's essentially always wrong.

Unless you have poll results, don't speak for others to empower your own pin-headed stupidity.  It just makes you seem juvenile as well as challenged.
Hint.   Fuckhead.  Your ignorance is rooted in your gay rights shit.  Trump was always for gay rights long before Hillary and Obama.

But he wasn’t your draft pick.
Well, because you're determined to be bottom shelf lying filth like your cheez-dusted fraud-ster, let's see you back your BS:

prove that "we all know" KB is supposedly stupid.

Back up your worthless babble with something other than infantile spittle...for a change.

While you're at it, learn to read: I criticized the GOP for being moronic about gay rights...though that did seem to be among the many items burning your ass lately.  God forbid that tax paying adults have equal rights in "The Land of the Free"...!

I didn't single out Trumplestilskin for that.  Go back, quit chewing crayons, and ask for help with the big words.
Seriously, what's with the gay topic all the sudden? A1, are you having homosexual thoughts?
The reason why Zanary is stuck on stupid is the gay issue.

It is why he is a douchebag and acts out aboht Trump.

Dude, calm down. It's an internet message board.

Yeah, I think you're stupid but it pretty much ends there.

Ladies and gentlemen, boy's and girls.  I have read most but not all of this thread. I have not posted here for some time. Is there any doubt we are a broken and divided nation. We CAN NOT live with one another. Period! So what do we do. Divide a country?  Go to another civil war? For myself I propose a division of the country. Less blood and let each side follow their desired path. The current path we are on can't end well. Admit it. We need a divorce.

Nope.

No one would agree on how it was divided, and considering how bloody and horrific true civil unrest can be...this is still more noise than anything else.

The simple fact is that we have media oligarchs that get ratings and clickbait from keeping us pissed at each other, and it only takes a moment to blink the rhetoric away.

At some point, the obvious lesson will be that this is most snarling and yapping over...fluff.  Demand less heated rhetoric from news (Reuters and NPR are both fairly neutral, with less agendas/distortions), quit electing horrible people, and remember that the people involved are Americans.

I think "dividing the country" would be a horrible, cowardly, and ultimately failing approach that would be defeat in and of itself.

How about the "if you don't like it leave" policy.  Then the indiferent would inherit the place and get their things.

LOL

The cops accuse me of robbing a bank.  In actuality, nobody robbed the bank in question.  Rather, my competitor robbed several different banks somewhere hundreds of miles away.

We find out the mayor covered up my conpetitor’s crimes and send spies in to frame me for robbing a bank.

I fight like mad as an innocent man.  My fighting isn’t obstruction of justice.  Justice is no investigation.

You will soon see.

And Hannity isn’t the investigative journalist.   John Solomon and Sara Carter are top notch.

Dopes.
I got a better one:

Republican investigations into a supposed real estate scam of a sitting President turn up no evidence of a crime.

They do however uncover evidence of an affair.

Republicans filed 2 charges for impeachment, one for obstruction of justice.  The obstruction of justice charge was filed based on the following:

  1. encouraging Lewinsky to file a false affidavit
  2. encouraging Lewinsky to give false testimony if and when she was called to testify
  3. concealing gifts he had given to Lewinsky that had been subpoenaed
  4. attempting to secure a job for Lewinsky to influence her testimony
  5. permitting his lawyer to make false statements characterizing Lewinsky's affidavit
  6. attempting to tamper with the possible testimony of his secretary Betty Curie
  7. making false and misleading statements to potential grand jury witnesses
So A1, what CRIME was committed by Clinton that he was covering up?  Oh that's right, marital infidelity is not a crime.

History is an inconvenient motherfucker isn't it?  Smile

Legal experts told us that a president (or anyone) could still be prosecuted for obstructing justice if they believed they might be prosecuted — even if they ultimately never are.
"You can obstruct justice even if a prosecutor ultimately finds you were not guilty of committing the crime that was the focus of the underlying investigation," said Miriam Baer, a professor at Brooklyn Law School. "Even if a prosecutor ultimately concluded that you weren’t guilty of crime X, that says nothing as to whether you thought that you might be indicted for crime X, or, for that matter, if you thought one of your friends of family members would be indicted for crime X."
Eric Posner, a professor at the University of Chicago Law School, agreed that an obstruction prosecution could have been argued in this case.
Suppose Trump knew that no crime had been committed but believed that the investigation would uncover politically or personally embarrassing information, or if he believed that the investigation would embarrass or implicate an ally, aide, or family member," Posner said. "Then interfering with the investigation is a crime. The reason is that the purpose of the investigation is to find the truth, and if people obstruct an investigation, then the investigation becomes more difficult, wasting government resources."
Another notable example is the case of Scooter Libby, a former top aide to Vice President Dick Cheney, said Samuel Buell, a law professor at Duke University. Libby was charged by a special prosecutor with obstruction, perjury and false statements, but not any underlying crime related to the outing of a CIA employee, Valerie Plame. (Trump pardoned Libby.)

How does it feel to be constantly proven wrong?

STOOOOOOOPID

All fucking political.  Mueller stated Trump turned over all mterial asked for and did not interfere in his investigation.

The whole special counsel probe was to investigate Trump/Russia collusion.  That was a setup hoax to cover up the FBI/CIA spying by Obama.

The only canddiate that worked with a foreign government to alter the election was Clinton.  Mueller forgot to look into that!

He also pretended intelligence assets spying were Russian.  Nope.

Comey can’t hide.

Of course, Buell ignores the fact that Mueller found no evidence to convict Trump of obstruction and Barr cleared Trump of it.  So why pretend he obstructed?
