Some are expansions of current brands but several are those are ones that came back from other countries. Right here in my rural county we had to add a new freeway interchange just to handle the business expansion not residential. That whole interchange was just for manufacturing and distribution. My itty bitty town of 1400 is getting a tile company from Brazil, they are talking 220 new jobs and $150M investment. We can't find employable people here. Wage growth has happened. Trump tax cuts actually netted middle class $$ here.
They say 100 people move to Nashville a day. Knoxville and Chattanooga have also grown exponentially over the past several years.

The economy is doing pretty well, but Trump basically just poured gasoline on the economic recovery under Obama, who inherited the biggest economic disaster since the Great Depression and left with the longest consecutive streak of job growth on record.
Meanwhile, Trump is cutting taxes while also increasing spending at a record pace, creating record deficits, which is pretty much the exact opposite of what you should be doing when times are good.
Can't wait for the bubble to burst again, bringing with it the next economic collapse.
