When it comes to the 13 Russians / ARU / GRU / DNC / Podesta indictment - it's referring to a specific batch of leaks. When "the source" is thrown around, it's referring to the DNC/Podesta releases.

And no, Mueller didn't clear Trump nor his campaign. You read Barr's edited summary obviously, not the actual Mueller report. Mueller literally said the opposite regarding obstruction:
Mueller wrote: “If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however, we are unable to reach that judgment.”
LOL Mueller didn't clear Trump of shit, he literally spelled it out that "if Trump Did NOT obstruct justice, we would so state". Oooops!
Mueller didn't bring him up on charges for obstruction because Mueller felt that the law states that should fall to Congress when it's a sitting President involved.

To open the SC investigation, you need a crime. The stated collusion with russia - which wasn’t a crime. And ... the investigation knew early on there was no collusion between Trump and Russia.
The investigation completely ignored the collusion with russia and the Hillary campaign!
So they set out to go after others to make it appear there was collusion. How? By framing Page, Papadopous, Manafort, et al.
So far the shit they dug up was shit they knew about before Trump ran for office ... Cohen’s fraud, Manafort’s shit (they looked into it in 2014 and passed).
Now pay attention. Trump had the executive power to fire Comey and Mueller and whoever else he wanted LEGALLY! That can’t be obstruction of justice.
