What's ironic: Senate vote 2013, Republicans refused to support Dems funding of $46 billion dollars for immigration and border security. Why? Because Mitch McConnell & Boehner wanted to shoot down every piece of legislation the Dems introduced regardless if it was in the best interest of the country, and so the GOP-controlled House of Reps refused to vote on it. It had a plan for more border patrol agents, a pathway to citizenship for illegals, and funding to implement e-verify (which Republicans HATE and always vote against e-verify, making them the biggest fucking hypocrites on the planet because they publicly bitch about illegals, yet privately they want to continue to have cheap illegal labor, just like Trump employs at Mar-a-lago). Then from 2017-2018 the GOP had full control of all 3 branches of government. Yet they passed ZERO LEGISLATION FOR BORDER SECURITY AND HEALTHCARE. Proving that Republicans have no idea on how to run our country, and only bitch about how the Dems do it. Now Republicans want to blame Dems for not helping them vote on funding "a big, beautiful wall" .... because just a wall is going to somehow magically cure our entire immigration problem. The bill, which sought to “provide for comprehensive immigration reform,” would have funded $46.3 billion in border security to be transferred from the Treasury to the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Trust.
That spending included $30 billion to train at least 19,200 additional border patrol agents on the southern border and $4.5 billion to carry out a border security strategy developed by the Department of Homeland Security. By definition, nobody got everything they wanted,” he said. “Not Democrats. Not Republicans. Not me. But the Senate bill is consistent with the key principles for commonsense reform that I – and many others – have repeatedly laid out.”
With the bill facing conservative resistance in the House, one of the Senate Republicans in the so-called “Gang of Eight,” Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, said that he hoped the House would consider the legislation. “I think we have a good piece of legislation they should take a look at. There are a lot of good ideas that they should adopt,” he said at the time.
The House never took up the bill. Then-House Speaker John Boehner told reporters in July 2013 that they had no intention of doing so.
“I’ve made it clear and I’ll make it clear again,” Boehner said. “The House does not intend to take up the Senate bill. The House is going to do its own job in developing an immigration bill.”

He wasn't separated from his family, but he was banned from the mall.

Everyone needs to move past partisanship. As long as you cling to it you will fail to understand what has happened and what is to come. I find it interesting that even after the “no collusion”, people still don’t question their views on this. For instance, Bob Mueller didn’t weigh in on obstruction but he did help with the summary report, as did Rosenstein. Yet you are told Barr went off on some tangent that didn’t represent the report. So you have to believe that Bob Mueller, Bill Barr, and Rod Rosenstein are all lying about the report. I guess we’ll see soon enough. Funny how Bill Barr stated under oath that he believes “spying” against the Trump campaign took place. The extremely well regarded second time AG concurred with my assessment surprise surprise. Funny how following actual evidence, going off of actual federal reports, and reading witness testimonies provides a clearer picture.
SFVike, you believe Mueller’s indictments prove what you were told about the DNC hack. As someone already pointed out, the indictments do not. Of course that doesn’t mean they didn’t hack the DNC, we would need evidence one way or the other.
I’ll give you my background on this case to give you a view of how I come to conclusions. I was a criminal investigator for a decade; up until I became too sick to work law enforcement. As part of that work I underwent training in computer forensics as part of a specialization in hunting down sex based offenses/offenders. It has been some time but I still have a skill set and some software for tracking down sources.
When the story broke on the DNC “hack”, I assumed it true like most people. The Russians have been a geopolitical enemy since the wall fell. Just for fun, I dug through a fair amount of information and was able to do my own search. I was curious of how sophisticated things have become since I had learned this type of work. I traced what was publicly available in reports and it came back to the Ukraine. This wasn’t overly surprising given Russia’s infiltration of the country. What really brought me concern was when Admiral Rogers stated that the NSA said they had moderate confidence in the claim Russia hacked the DNC. Just so people understand, when it comes to computer/internet data the NSA saying moderate anything is a clear appeasement to other equities. The NSA is our one agency with the capability to definitively tell us if it was hacked or not. Like I said, it isn’t common knowledge, but our NSA records every single shred of digital information on the planet and stores it. Every data transfer in existence. The NSA told every sophisticated person out there that the story was bullshit. As Rogers would explain, the NSA had a concrete difference of opinion to all the other federal agencies. So at that point I knew, there was zero chance the DNC breach was a hack in the sense it was done remotely. This is because no large scale data transfer out ever took place. That doesn’t mean I can tell you the Russians didn’t take the data, only that they did not remotely hack it as most of our country’s agencies were telling us. That was one of my first WTF moments where I just couldn’t reason why they were lying, but it turned out it was one of many instances of obvious lying.
So with so much information here, I’ll try my best to fill things in for all of you. As stated above, it wasn’t a hack. I’m sure you can google something like “DNC not a hack” and come back with far more qualified people like long term NSA employees and retired experts who will tell you the same thing. If their opinion helps you I’d recommend reading the various reports. It’s not like I was the only one picking up on a problem.
Let’s address another tenant of the claimed narrative involving Russia, that it started with George Papadopoulus. Good old George, unsophisticated in espionage but certainly no dummy. The initial, extremely laughable report that caught my eye on this was the claim that “Russian Agent Joseph Mifsud” told George the Russians had dirt on Hillary (Misud did tell him this). Their mistake with this narrative was trying to claim Mifsud was a Russian Agent. Joseph Mifsud is and always has been a western intelligence asset. 10 freaking minutes on the net reveals pictures of him with Claire Smith. If you are unfamiliar, she’s at the top of British intelligence. He hangs out with Boris Johnson as well. This is all publicly available information available to you or anyone else bothering to look. Non-public, at least I don’t think it is yet, is Mifsud teaches tradecraft to Italian intelligence agents at the Link in Italy. He has even lectured in our Capital building. Lastly and of particular interest is Joseph Mifsud was also involved with the Clinton Foundation. He screwed up and admitted as much (would have been discovered anyhow) during an interview with an Italian Journalist. He disappeared the next day. Every single person who approached Papadopoulus, Carter Page, and Sam Clovis are western intelligence assets. Primarily British but Downer is an Australian asset. So the people who gave George Papadopoulis the Russians had dirt were nit Russian. In fact, no Russian was involved in this “reason” to launch the investigation. This of course was known to the FBI as they had worked with all of these guys in the past, as had the CIA.
Let me bake your noodle on another front. The female Russian lawyer that attended the Trump Tower meeting is Natalia Vladimirovna Veselnitskaya. Natalia is almost assuredly a Russian Agent. You like the sound of that I bet! There’s only one problem that ruined the tower meeting as being a great smoking gun - Fusion GPS. Not only was nothing discussed besides adoption (actually true), every person in attendance on the other side of the table directly tie to Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson. Veselnitskaya actually met with him before and after the tower meeting. You know who else is involved with Glenn Simpson? Well he was being paid by the DNC and Hillary through a 3rd party law firm to find/create dirt on Donald Trump. Even more interesting, there’s two other figures directly involved with Simpson - Bruce Ohr (his wife was on the payroll) and Adam Schiff. Yep, the head of House Intelligence, continuously proven untruthful, and still clinging to the tower meeting met surreptitiously with Simpson more than once. This is all verifiable by any of you in witness testimony, government documents, as well as open source outlets.
The totality of the information I have gathered the past two years points to a much larger picture than many of us first imagined. I believe that allied agents began spying on the Trump campaign by November 1, 2015 at the latest and possibly as early as his announcement. These western assets were placed at the request of someone high up within our government. That stands to reason of course. The party involved is unknown to me but it isn’t a large group of likely candidates considering the horsepower necessary to get it cleared. It will have been Barack Obama, James Clapper, John Brennan, James Comey, or Joe Biden. It’s certainly possible all were directly involved or some were unwittingly utilized (meaning they were also lied to to trick into giving the go ahead).
What points me in this direction? Some hard evidence as well as circumstantial.
On March 9th, 2016, the NSA and Mike Rogers discovered an inordinate amount of “about queries” being done on their systems. Looking into it further, they were alarmed to find US citizens being the target. The audit report doesn’t directly say towards a particular group but does imply a generalized focus of the illicit use of the system. According to Mike Rogers, the vast majority of the targeting of US citizens (this should very rarely happen btw) were conducted by “FBI contractors”. For those who aren’t familiar with the system, these “contractors” are foreign allied governments and agents. Mike Rogers shut all foreign access off on April 18, 2016. A quick audit of “about queries” on US citizens was done for the time period of Nov 1, 2015 to May 1, 2016. According to the NSA this revealed that approximately 85% of searches on US equities were non-compliant. Meaning 85% were found to violate the system parameters. The audit showed mass surveillance of US targets being conducted through the FBI and targeting US citizens by our closest allies using our own systems. It is difficult to put into words the long term ramifications of this activity.
Considering statements made by Rogers as well as what is known in regards to spying on facilities like Trump Tower it’s not difficult to figure out what was going on. As of March/April 2016, Rogers effectively cutoff the spy operation. If one looks at the timeline of approaches to Carter page and others by allied intelligence assets, it took place immediately after the cutoff. Into summer, there’s a clear attempt to gain a FISA warrant that would allow the same kind of surveillance, except by US agencies. As we know, the Steele dossier, excessive circular reporting among the other aforementioned suspicious activities. What people need to understand about the dossier is it is almost all false. Don’t take my word for it, take Christopher Steele’s. Steele, in a British civil deposition, admitted to making up dossier information as well as taking random stories by random people off the internet. I’ve known this nearly a year, start asking yourself why you know none of this despite it being publicly available information.
In mid October, 2016, Rogers receives a broader update on the audit he ordered. Although he was able to cutoff foreign agents, now US agents as well as up to White House personnel were now unmasking/making illicit “about queries”. Rogers immediately informs the FISA System verbally of what he has found and tells them he will be there in person with evidence in a couple of days. Immediately before Rogers addresses the courts, in a mad dash the FBI finally gets their warrant on Carter Page signed. After Rogers had received the audit he ordered the NSA shut down to FBI, CIA etc. pretty much everyone was locked out. Within little time, James Clapper and Ash Carter are literally imploring Obama to fire Rogers. Obama spares Rogers. It is my opinion he is spared because the FISA warrant was obtained and retained access to the system.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and Rogers visits Trump.
I believe mass surveillance of US citizens, our Senators and House members, as well as media members has been going on for many years and there’s a great fear the full extent of it will be learned as well as the US of foreign agents to work around existing US law banning such activity.
