I've had this.  It's a really good sipper.

A nice Scotch whiskey. Aberlour 18 or their A'Bundah. Straight in a glass no ice and let it breath a bit. Takes the chill of the cold winter nights.

Lagunitas IPA. Or Pendelton 1910 Rye sipped from a shot glass or on the rocks.
