I don't love regular Sam Adams, but their seasonal Winter Lager is really good.

Blanton’s neat. But my stock is running dangerously low and haven’t found a new bottle in about a year.
Old Fashioned with a cube of sugar, Angostura, Sazerac Rye, splash of water, and two Luxardo cherries works, too. Around Christmas, it’s egg nog with bourbon.

A nice strong Manhattan of 4-1 Seagrams VO to sweet vermouth. A couple dashes of orange bitters a little cherry juice.
Yes Seagrams VO..... You don't use high end whiskey for manhattans. No matter what the waiter named Aiden at the hipster bar tells you about their handcrafted manhattan.
