So happy for you to get this experience that I'm not even a bit jealous. You're good people Papa and thanks for sharing... but maybe don't hang out in the bathroom so much next time so you can talk to "celebrities". =)

A lot of it has to do with New York. Taking the subways etc... Jon and Cordellia were quite impressed that I was able to navigate the trains and subway system that well. It took me about 2 hours from the time the plane landed in newark until I reached Jon and Cordellia's apartment. when I got there I had a glass of water and then we headed right back out to get to Jack Doyle's for a Viking fan rally. Jack Doyle's was a block away from Madison Square garden. There were lots of Viking fans around there. We got there early and ended up standing right in front of where Wobby (Viking entertainment Network) was to do a Q&A with the fans and then later with former Viking Tony Richardson. I was able to ask a question to Wobby "We've seen the Linval Rumble... when are we going to see a special teams return for a Touchdown and specifically when are we going to see Marcus Sherells return for Touchdown. Wobby knew that we have not seen a special teams touchdown in 2 years. While we were standing there waiting for the Q&A a saw standing at the bar a guy who I recognized as Mike Preifer or so I thought. I wish I would have taken his picture, cuz he looked exactly like him, I even pulled up a picture of Preifer on my phone and others around me agreed. later in the evening I saw the guy downstairs at the bar, actually coming out of the bathroom, but don't tell zerker. So jon was outside having a smoke and I went out and said so "that guy" is at the bar. So jon says lets go ask him. So we go back in the bar and he and another guy were sitting at the bar when we got through the crowd and right behind them I saw them with their arms around each other "nope that's not Preifer" I said to myself. Turns out they were taking a selfie, not what I was thinking. Anyways Jon says "Hey are you Mike" "no" was his reply not jon had intentions of just leaving it right there but I stepped in and told him what I had suspected and we all had a good laugh. Then I bought Jon and I a bourbon on the rocks, the bartender comes back with the drinks and I hand him a 20. He looks at me... It's 28 dollars, whoa ... here take all my money...
