Good Lord, do we really need a two hour special to get the schedule? Ridiculous... :/
=)   NFL network really struggles for material.  Even their core shows (Total Access, Path to the Draft, Mock Draft Live) are usually about 30% crossover/recycled material.  I waste tremendous amounts of time watching that stuff, but have never watched a minute of these schedule release shows.
Just play old games of the past 50 years on the hour. Problem solved.
Great point Keith!  I'm in.

Two rumors (good source who admits it's just rumors):
-We do not one at Philadelphia week 1
-We play GB at home on 12/24, Christmas Eve. (Decent speculation that we play at GB sometime between weeks 6-7)

I think 2 things are a given.  We'll open with Philly and we'll play in Green Bay sometime in December.  It seems like we never get a late season, pushing for the playoffs, GB game here late in the year.
Actually the Vikings and GB had been flipping who got the later season game for years until 2016, when the opening of USB messed things up. We beat GB at the Metrodome week 17 in 2012 to make the playoffs and get Lovie Smith fired.

2009, '11, '13, '15, '17 Vikings home early, Lambeau later

2008, '10, '12, '14 Lambeau early, Vikings home later.

2016: supposed to be Lambeau early, Vikings late, but Vikings wanted Packers for USB opener. So, Lambeau got the later game.

The Packers getting the Lambeau game late in 2017 wasn't a rig, but merely returning to the previous schedule.

2018 will be Lambeau before USB.

Na, we'll get week 2 bye week.  Plus we'll have to play a Thursday night game against green bay in green bay following a London game.
