When I was a kid... it was Duck, Duck, Gray Duck. Born and raised in Minnesota. It's the same thing with a water fountain, drinking fountain, or whatever you want to call something that shoots water out for people to drink. In Wisconsin, it's called a "bubbler"... WTF??? A BUBBLER??? I don't see any bubbles coming out of it...
