Kyler Murray top plays highlights

Looking at his video highlights in AZ, I do not recall ever having a QB in a Viking uniform with that kind of electric running ability.  Do you? I recall Randall Cunningham in '98 but he was more of a long strider.

After his injuries, it's a fair question to wonder whether Kyler has it anymore, either.

We will learn MUCH in camp/preseason footage.

We've had some runners. Fran, Gannon, Daunte, Randall, but we've never had anything like this. Murray ran a 4.38 at OU. And as fast as he is, he's quicker than he is fast. 

He may not still be that that fast, but he's not far away. This is a run from this year....

Elite Accuracy (20+ yards): 
In his 2019 rookie season, Murray was ranked by some analyses as the most accurate deep passer in the NFL. He maintained this status into 2021, where he was ranked #1 in PFF grade on throws of 20+ yards, with a 48.5% "perfect" throw rate.

The Hopkins Factor: 
His deep passing efficiency is heavily dependent on having a true WR1. Without DeAndre Hopkins, his passer rating, completion percentage, and yards per attempt significantly dropped. Without Hopkins in 2021-22, only four of his 16 passes of 25+ air yards were on-target.

I think we have one of those.

Then he better be HOF next year. I expect a Super Bowl. We are Super Bowl Champions. There is no doubt he will be shrined in Canton. I thank you, Sir.

He had a lingering hamstring injury with that 4.38 40.
He was later hand-timed at 4.3

I think the original YouTube video of his highlights should be required viewing for anyone who calls themselve a Vikings fan LOL.
He had some talented receivers over the year from Larry Fitzgerald to Marvin Harrison Jr.

But if he is healthy, he has the "it" factot.
The worst that can happen is that JJM learns something.  The chances of KM going down with an injury missing games is probably 50/50;

Dobbs had some shake and bake.

Vikings haven't had a guy this slippery since Percy harvin.

Going From cousin's to  Murray is gonna break my brain.

Be interesting to see  if the Vikings draft a  running back / wide receiver hybrid that will stress a defense .  No clue who or when. maybe it's Felton?

They lost nailor, that's it.

That Murray grew up a Viking fan doesn't hurt either. Going from Arizona to the team you dreamed of starting for in per wee football?

The Vikings are gonna spread out defenses like bark dust.....
