He wasn't being used and gives him a chance to sign with a contender. What did we give up? 5th round pick (2026), and a 4th round pick (2027) for 8 catches? Lol. This team hasn't won a fucking trade since Kwesi walked through the door

So will his wife be posting another video of them celebrating going to another place. Thielen wanted to come here and really pushed for it, he didn't perform, dropped a number of passes and was pretty invisible for the most part and now that everything has fallen apart he wants to leave to go to a contender. So it was all about coming back home and bringing his family back and now he wants to jump ship.

I have a hard time seeing it that way. He wasnt being used. Its hard to fault a guy that gets 4 snaps a game that is used to a full time role to stay focused in the twilight of his career. I dont know what they promised him to get him to ask the panthers to trade him back here, but he was always a gamer so I doubt this is about a rat abandoning a sinking ship, its more about a guy wanting one last chance to feel what anybody that has played the game feels and what makes us go through two a days in 90+ degree heat and suppressing humidity.

Yeah, I don't fault him for asking to let go. He was happy in Carolina but was promised a wonderful last season in MN. Hell, I am right there with him, asking for my release as I enter the twilight of my career.
