starting essentially a rookie QB and wanting to run the ball more is an astute observation?  we know you like to stroke yourself,  but you may be reaching a bit to far this time.

Kevin O'Connell said himself that they wanted to run the ball more effectively this season.  The team traded for Mason, extended Jones, signed Kelly/Fries, and drafted a 1st round LG...

It's not hard to draw that conclusion when the HC comes out and says it and then all the teams actions this off-season reinforced it.

there have been plenty of fans saying the offense needed to be more balanced,  that we havent ran the ball enough, thats been the sentiment for many since KOC got here.  thats been a big part of why many have wanted to see more resources put into the IOL was so we can be more assertive in the run game.

JIT is like the guy from Good Morning Vietnam that insisted he was funny, even though he wasn't. Nobody is going to tell him he's not a football genius, just ask him!

I know enough not to bag an entire RB class by week 3, you, not so much. Cool

JIT aside... the fact that you pulled this one is damn near epic from the obscurity standpoint.  nice work.

Which was basically my argument. Which again, no one other than MB got behind or at least attached themselves to.

I don’t tend to think of myself as an elite football mind, but was pretty close to what actually happened

To describe someone who is a "tool," you can use terms like pawn, puppet, stooge, flunky, lackey, or dupe to emphasize their manipulation by others, or words like narcissist, jerk, or sucker to highlight their unpleasant or selfish traits
