The Silver lining is that if Jets and Addison aren't available, at least McCarthy knows the other guys names.

There's apparently some fire to the smoke of a potential trade for Thielen, which would make the fanbase very happy...and JJM even happier, as he worked out with Thielen during the offseason. Age and mileage notwithstanding, he still knows how to use routes and his physicality to get open.

I know there's other WR trade rumors as well, but I'd love to see AT back in purple...and I think the offense would benefit enormously.
