So if you think this is a woke move and not just a simple logo modernization that every company does every so often, explain to me how. Does it now appeal more to gays? Trans people? Immigrants? Or is it just a recognition that their clientele is aging and dying off and this just an attempt to tweak their antiquated brand in an attempt to appeal to a wider, younger audience?

Either way, I'm sure "victim" America will now cancel them and start shooting up Cracker Barrel billboards and the company will be forced to change their logo back. Go woke, go broke, right? It will be a great victory for morons everywhere.

Dude, I don't really give a shit other than calling a spade a spade.  It is a trend to lose white man from advertising.  Does it appeal to you more?  Look at the logo.  I could design that damn thing and I have zero artistic ability.  But white man is removed.  Mission accomplished.  There is nothing "modern" about that logo, whereas the old one had iconic going for it.  Modernization comes through the menu and slow changes to the atmosphere, not through an iconic logo for a store known as an icon.   

I don't think it's a big deal but directionally this was a move towards woke.  Now with Bud Light and Jaguar, that's on a whole different level.   Maybe Cracker Barrel can bring in the male Viking cheerleaders that weren't meant to send a message either.  lol

Labels, yep. 20 years ago the label was "political correctness," a thousand years ago they called it "chivalry," two thousand years ago they called it "grace." There are now a wide assortment of talking points passed out with marching orders among the army of morons on the right. "Virtue signaling" is my current favorite. 

This is a term devised by a British wingnut to marginalize those who actually care about other humans on the planet. It's been adopted by the American right. They can't figure out why people care about people in "shithole" countries like Gaza, and so now they have a term to dismiss those people. They don’t give a shit about people in Syria and so now they have a term to dismiss them. They don’t even give a shit about poverty in their own country.
