Good arm, doesn't play with fear, arguably needs to play with more judgement.

KOC, get ready for more reprogramming....
Build on 14-3, take back the NFCN, break the ****ing curse. Simple.

He's kind of like a more stout and juiced Case Keenum with a stronger arm. Hope he can get incrementally better with a year in KOC University, but not expecting miracles. He's an ok QB2 and that's fine.

I haven't seen much of Howell. Keenum's magic was off script plays and Houdini like escapes from pressure. Does Howell have that?

Somewhat, yes. He's kind of a Keenum-Baker Mayfield combo IMO, that's who he reminds me of watching him play. Please don't think I'm saying he's a Baker Mayfield type player, I'm not....or even a Case Keenum. But his style of play reminds me a bit of both.

Do you guys like Howell more or less than Mullens?

Similar types, Sam's got more arm juice than Mullens. Maybe some upside still? Nick is 30. Same kind of gunslinger mentality.
