Yes it is.

Should be pretty good DL now...

Maybe not Doleman/Millard/Thomas/Noga good, but still a handful.

If Dallas Turner is everything we hope he is...  and you add Allen and Hargrave as pass rushers on the inside...

Oooooooooo...  I'm in!

I don't know about beating the Millard and Doleman year, but considering we should be significantly better when rushing just four, I see us blitzing less, forcing QBs to find an open receiver with 7 dropping. That won't be easy.

We literally got zero interior push last year and finished with 49 sacks. Now, there should be no pocket to step up into so the edges get home more often.

Greenard and Ginks accounting for 30 sacks isn’t a monumental leap from last year.

Allen, Hargrave, and Turner come up with another 25.

Pace and Cashman another 8-10.

Emmanwori with another 6 on his way to DROY.

Doubtful -
'84 Bears with 72.
Doleman, Millard, Noga and Hardware Hank with 71 in 1989.

Nothing against our guys, but I just think there are too many mobile QB's that move the pocket, get the ball out, and smart enough to throw it away instead of eating the ball.

I'll tell you, this unit is now a strength. They talk about Allen like he's this ass kicking leader out there, love it. Isiah Rodgers got majorly fluffed yesterday by KOC (phrasing), and my choice for MVP of the D in 2025: DT Javon Hargrave. I don't think they'll have the pass rushing cache of Doleman-Thomas-Millard-Noga, that was my premier Viking's D line that brought the heat.

When I win the lottery I’ll commission Elias to go back to the 1971 season to register sacks.

Great point. Purple People Eaters indeed, striking fear in every opposing QB.
