Big 10 Brawl...
#1
I think its all blown over now. Not sure you need to brawl about it, but you dont try and plant your team flag in the middle of the other schools stadium either...

What do you think Stickier? You're not biased at all Wink

And my Gophers beat the Badgers on rivalry weekend and will own the axe for the year. I believe its the oldest rivalry in the Big 10.

Lots of ugly in the BCS , more notably the Big10 this weekend.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

Teams plant flags in opposing fields almost every weekend there are rivalry matchups, Michigan had it happen this year with Texas. Nobody fought over it....but sometimes they do on a lesser level. Ohio State are bitches that got beat by a 6 win bitter rival at home, favored by 21 points and Ryan Day can kiss my grits. How's that for unbiased? And the Columbus cops pepper sprayed Michigan players during it, pathetic. Learn how to lose. The tears of Buckeyes fans are so sweet. Don't want a flag planted? Then win the game.

4 teams yesterday tried it, so lets not act like its uncommon:

There were several flag planting moments yesterday. Personally I think it’s unnecessary, win with class, lose with class. Too many want to get in someone’s face and talk shit.

Agreed -  classless and its unnecessary imo

Anyone else think rivalry week is too late in the season? Or just right for you?

Rivalries are a big deal, tons of emotion. Tradition. Alumni. Let the kids play. We already have enough of this on the board, lol:
