The quiet stuff that doesn't get noticed

Got to watch most of the game today.  Darnold was pretty brutal, but that first pick was pass interference as Jefferson was getting mugged early.

But one of those quiet things that goes unnoticed was on the pick that wasn't.  Darnold threw a deep INT towards Addison, but the penalty committed against Jefferson negated the play.  But did anyone else notice Addison pick himself up, track down the return guy from way behind and punch the ball out?  The Vikings recovered and would have been pretty much a non-play with the deep int, return and then fumble recovery.

Good to see a young WR with the speed to make a difference put forth that effort.  Love seeing those Beebe type of plays.

I was at the game and was complaining about the non-call on JJ, it was definitely PI.
The long pass to Addison, I saw the flag on the field in the area of JJ so I was not even worried about the return. I saw Addison get up and chase but from my point of view I couldn't see who punched it out.
Also, on the pick in the endzone that went to review, almost everyone new it was incomplete, even our offense and their defense were back on the field.

Officiating so far this season is the worst I've seen in some time. And I rarely complain about NFL officials.
