Allen was never a good coach, not sure what they were thinking. Now they traded away Lattimore and have cap hell to deal with. I'd call it a tank job at this point.
I don’t know if I’d explicitly call it a tank job, as I think they’ll have a hard time getting rid of their expensive players, but they’re definitely thinking hard about the future now, or at least they should be. It’ll be interesting to see what happens when players want out because they’re not trying to win and they aren’t getting new money, but they can’t really trade the players due to cap inflexibility.
