There's nothing humble about Rich Eisen.

I watched that video late yesterday, good stuff. Its the guys that truly want to get better, be great and put in the grind and work it takes, they over perform in the NFL. And as mentioned, that kind of dedication of excellence rubs off on the rest of the team, especially the WRer group as it pertains to Jefferson. That's the culture, one of high expectations and meeting them as a team. Justin has taken his role as a leader on the team even higher since he signed the new contract.

Every now and then, I'll catch a glimpse of someone slamming Rich Eisen. Curious what that's about. He's got to be one of the most likable media figures in sports.

Yep, I love him too. Those that don't like him are usually Michigan haters as he's an alum, has been insufferable since Michigan won the National Championship and loves the hell out of JJ McCarthy.

That's not a slam. I like the guy and he did wonders for the NFL network. But there is little doubt he is all about Rich. It's self promotion not necessarily a bad thing.

My only complaint with Eisen is it seems like he is a very casual fan for someone who is the face of a league network. Like his knowledge is super basic and that's not hard to see.

Yeah I don't understand that. All I know is the Run Rich Run for St. Jude's Children’s Hospital has helped a lot of children and their families. He seems like a good dude and he is just real which comes across.
