lol. I actually think that Harbaugh is not going to be the HC of Minnesota. But I think there is mutual interest.

He did well with the 49ers a long long fome ago. If he’s such a QB whisperer then why have all of his QBs been average at best at Michigan? I see this as a big time gamble and idk if I want a weirdo like Harbaugh
We dont need to whisper to QBs. We already have one of the most accurate ones around. We need a leader of men.

Take whats working on offense. Bring in new eyes on D and win a friggin championship.
I was responding to someone saying he is a QB whisperer. Did he have success in the NFL? Yes, but that was 8 years ago. Why is he such a better candidate than the others we have spoke with? Because of what happened nearly a decade ago? He was one 8-4 season away from being fired by Michigan and I would bet a lot of Michigan fans would say he has not met expectations since becoming HC

……lol……because he’s actually had success???  We’re at best throwing out a prayer that any of the young coordinators can turn a franchise around.

Agreed. That's how part of me feels. So a very good coach who's had success like this will somehow be WORSE now? The guy is 58 years old, he's not Pete Carroll age. Nothing is guaranteed with Ryans or O'Connell, but Harbaugh is a proven winner. So we dismiss what he did at Stanford as well??

I'm not saying that Harbaugh should be signed in Minnesota. I'm saying the more you think about it, the more its probably a very good idea to at least interview the guy if he's got true interest.

Me either...

He's the wrong Harbaugh brother to have coaching here. I think he's best suited for college ball.

I dont think its going out on a limb to say Ryans or O'Connell is going to be the next Vikings HC.

If Jim Harbaugh leaves for #Vikings, he would owe Michigan a $1.5 million buyout. Harbaugh signed an extension after the disastrous 2020 season but had his base salary cut about in half to $4 million for 2021. He made $2 million plus back in incentives for $6 million plus total.

Harbaugh v Tomasson could be gold.

Jim Harbaugh draped in purple and khaki, standing at midfield, screaming in Dan Campbell's face, is just too enticing to pass up.

And this.

Great media day yesterday, first we learned that Brady was retiring, but then we learned that he was not close to a decision.  Then we were told the Vikes interviewed Harbaugh Saturday night, but then we were told they talked to him in the afternoon to gauge his interest.  With only two NFL games this weekend it seems like the media needs to find some stories somewhere or else go cover the NBA, so understandable they would be quick to jump the gun on any NFL news Smile

Harbaugh embodies none of the above.

Now, we pair this with another move that looks like pure cronyism.

My bride just sharted in her wedding dress at the reception after making out with the best man.
2 of those 3 are absolutely false. He's extremely cooperative, coaches but loves his players, you can question whether he wants to build for sustained success. He's always in win-now mode

It’s easy for people to bash on him based on the way he comes off at times.  I think many people close to him have a totally different view than the public persona he has.  He’s been a winner, has the bloodlines, and if he fits the culture in KAM’s view, I’m all in.
