WFT are not going to beat the Cowboys and Eagles twice, that is at least 2 losses and most likely they lose to the Cowboys twice.  The most confident game I have of us winning is actually the Rams, I think they are the most overrated team in the league and Stafford is the reason we usually beat the Lions at home.  It is going to come down to the usual can we beat the Bears, which amazingly we choke against every year with the playoffs on the line.
Rams might be the best team in the NFL. They haven't always played like it though, so you don't know what you're going to get. They're a little like the Vikings in that way. At home that's a toss up. As is Green Bay, a divisional game anyone can win. I wish I felt more confident about playing the Bears twice though. Honestly, out of all four remaining, those are the games that scare me most.

Agreed, those 2 Bears games give us the best opportunity to get in, as we are the superior team and should win both.

That leaves us needing to beat the Lambs OR the Pack on the road, a very tall order in both cases.

As JR said it is likely the boyz beat WFT twice but that team is playing good football, and even if that does happen, that still equals only 4 conference losses for them.

Yeah but I think their overall record would be worse. I'm terrible at figuring out playoff scenarios, but I THINK if Washington loses to Dallas tomorrow and the 49ers lose to the Bengals, the Vikings are a playoff seed going into the Bears game. Of course, holding onto it is another story.

I dont follow much but i believe it 1-2 head to head then conference record, so in that case WFT and SFO would have the tiebreakers.  SO, if they both win tomorrow, they have a 2 game lead, to me that means we MUST win 3 of the next 4

I think we will go on a run, barely make the last playoff spot, lose the playoff game in excrusiating fashion, then fire Zimmer and be in the middle of the draft instead of in the top ten.

Cook carried us in the Steelers game. How is he going to hold up down the stretch?
I hope we don’t make the playoffs.
To much at stake draft wise.

I just want a new coaching staff. I don't want to see them get in and then get ass blasted. WFT lost but 49ers won.

Only a Viking fan could say something like this.

No "fan" ever wants picks over wins.

Weasel into the playoffs @ 9-8 and wreck Dallas or Green Bay.

... and Zimmer still gets 86'd.
