There is video out there (since edited) where witnesses caught the sounds of the victim screaming as her car was engulfed in flames. Someone tried to help her get out but she was pinned in from the impact. This, while the whole time other people filmed it with their camera phones and Ruggs sat on the curb watching and bawling.
It doesn’t get much more disturbing than that.
Camera phones are going to be the symbol of the downfall of our civilization.

That is grotesque and disturbing indeed. I don't understand how people can just watch something like that and then film it.
Everything about this is heart-breaking...Ruggs had a passenger in the car that is seriously injured as well.

I'd say disinformation is the downfall of our civilization. At least camera phones can, and have been, used for the benefit or even "promotion," of civilization.

Agree, I think social media sites are the downfall. Just spread non-sense, conspiracy after conspiracy until a few nutjobs agree and poof you now have a platform. Our enemies know this better then we do...divide and conquer and it is working and the 1/6 is just the beginning - IMO. Very scary stuff that is only getting worse with more and more division.

can't have one without the other.
They are all more symptoms of the disease. The desire to "go viral", to be a bigger victim, that fame is worth shame. We are a bored and lost world and social media is just temporarily filling that void.

Yep. Its creating a younger generation with zero coping skills, very little self esteem, entitlement and deep unhappiness. Suicide rates for those under 24 years old is staggering:
'The rate of suicide for those ages 10 to 24 increased nearly 60% between 2007 and 2018, according to the Centers for Disease Control...'
'Suicides have become the second-leading cause of death among teenagers in the United States, surpassing homicide deaths'
You're seeing a horrible amount of 10-13 year olds killing themselves. It's horrific.
Rugs is now facing 46 years w/ 4 felonies & a misdemeanor. Go figure that having a loaded weapon while intoxicated is the misdemeanor…
