Thats the one,  hardly a mention in the news on it though.

they are all scum,  I dont know what/who the answer is,  but I am fairly certain that it wont come from either of our existing political parties,  and I am becoming more convinced that if there was a person out there that could actually "drain the swamp" that they wouldnt be allowed to by those that control the puppets strings.  I know the term illuminati get mocked as a conspiracy theory,  but there has to be some group in charge of global shit to protect their interests ( bigger than any govt)

The rich get richer,  the poor get used, and the middle get angrier and angrier at each other.

Yep. NOBODY is draining the swamp, I mention it because Trump supporters pre-election were wearing 'Drain the Swamp' T-shirts which is ridiculous. It won't happen for any candidate sans some kind of political revolution which I don't see happening. Nobody got more PAC money than Obama did from Goldman Sachs. For all his liberal bluster, more blacks were jailed under Clinton than any recent President.

People think because I slam the shit out of Trump that I'm some kind of crazy liberal......and its not true. They all suck. But Trump is the biggest moron I've ever seen, period.

he certainly leaves a lot to be desired,  but was I still support his economic efforts and a lot of his getting us out of other bad deals from the past (that were most likely full of BS side deals for somebody personal gain)  as a person he is fatally flawed,  as a president he is lacking for most of America.

your term moron is pretty spot on lately for Trump,  he seems to be doing everything he can to make sure that he loses to a very un-electable candidate in Biden.  both campaigns have to be praying their candidates would keep silent until after the election... the blue tie brigade is doing a much better job of it,  of course they have most media outlets in their pocket so even when sleepy screws up most americans wont hear about it.... and the murk in the swamp thickens.

I think it comes down to Bidens choice for VP, it cant be a polarizing figure like AOC or some other socialist wingnut that would alienate the middle,  I think most of the country knows if they vote Dem in the coming election they are voting for the VP and not actually Biden,  normally this is something an opposing candidate would be able to win on,  but a good dem vp choice could very easily win over Trump these days.

I am hoping for either Val Demmings or Tammy Duckworth but it will probably be Harris or Rice, which is par for the course for a candidate and party I have to hold my nose to vote for at this point.

I like Demmings, she’s solid, straight, former Police Chief, black, female.  Maybe we need a “mother” as the leader of this country, one who can say “oh you want to more war toys?  You have plenty of war toys for wars you are already in?  Play with your war at home first.”

The last thing we need is more divisive characters, Harris is a hypocrite and a corporate democrat.  Rice has no political leadership experience and a black eye on Benghazi that will just pick at an old scab in American history.

Give me someone impressive, someone who has earned it, someone who is different, but represents the foundation of America’s best values.  Give me Demmings, give me Yang, give me Condy Rice

I don't think Republicans are "Republican" anymore.  There used to be conservative qualities and a real urge to shrink government but that all seems gone now.  It was trending away even during the Regan years but 9/11 really turned the Republicans into just as big of government people as the Democrats.

I'm a fiscal conservative/libertarian and there are almost no fiscal conservatives in the party anymore.  I think Rand Paul was the only member of congress that said if we're going to do all this corona stimulus we should find other places to deduct those funds from.  That is how a household is run and I'd like to see my elected officials held to the same standard.
To me, policy--tax policy, foreign policy, domestic policy--is irrelevant when it comes to this man. And I've been saying this since long before he was elected. It's why I never really weighed in on any of his policy issues. The investigations, the trade policy, the Iraq policy. As bad as they were, to me, it's all irrelevant when you have a human being this unstable, this incapable of leading. A man who very clearly gives the worst among us encouragement. A man who enables the kind of behavior we see in the video above.

As I've said many times, this is not left, right politics, blue vs. red. This is something far bigger. A clear and present danger to our country.

The best republican ever, Abraham Lincoln, said..."We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory will swell when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature."

Trumpism does the opposite. We have to remove it before it destroys us all. Shame on you if you vote for this...again.

Trump got elected by people who were sick and tired of being called every "ists" in the book.  When one side pushes to hard one way the pendulum swings just as far the other way.  Trump is in the process of doing this and I'd presume it will swing wildly back towards blue.  Then Blue will find a way to F it all up and it will swing back towards Red.
Trump is a symptom of the greater divide in America.  Neither side is blameless in there crusade to make the other look like POS's.
There you go again. Again, this not about red vs. blue. This is not politics as usual. This is not about abortion or tax policy or foreign policy or gun policy or any kind of policy democrats and republicans typically fight over. This is about correcting a horrible mistake, about removing a conman from the White House. A man unfit to lead in normal times, and dangerously unfit to lead in a time of crisis.
And thats great that you have that opinion. Vote in November. But theres plenty of people that think Biden is just as big of POS.
Get a grip. Nobody believes that and you know it.
Ill probably vote third party as Ive done for several cycles. But you can count me as one who whould prefer the shit sandwich that Trump is to the douche bag pedo that Biden is.

Unbelievable. I should've known. LOL. Never mind.

You pick, I'm happy with Pedo Biden if the Republicans keep the Senate.  We know they're not taking the House.  However, Biden is just as racist and corrupt as Trump so I'm not sure what you plan on accomplishing other then a "not Trump" outcome.

I’m super bored with the Biden vs Trump argument.  Trump is Trump, and I’m not sure how Biden is
even viable as a candidate given his dementia and his borderline pedophilia in
public.

I think if a person gets stuck in the paradigm of picking
the less bad option, they’re missing the point.
The point is that our political process is perpetually spitting out bad
candidates.  These are the people that
shape the laws that centralize the wealth and power into the hands of the few.  Biden’s got 50 years of serving the elite,
and he was clearly hand-selected by the elite over Bernie Sanders when everyone
else dropped out at the same time.  We
need to work together to fix our broken government.

Step one is instant runoff voting or similar option.

Step two is eliminating the primary process.

“Borderline pedophilia”?

Trump brags about his own daughter being a hot ass, gropes and paws at her like a drunk at last call, and days he would date her if he wasn’t her Dad ... but Biden’s awkward hugs means he is a pedo.  So no problem with Trump’s incest fantasies (or are they?) with his daughter Ivanka but Biden is the creepy one?

”Picked by the elite”

A billionaire that stacks his Cabinet with other billionaires like Betsy Devos, appoints Goldman Sachs millionaires like Mnuchin to Sec of Treasury, and his gullible supporters accuse Biden of “being picked by the elite.”

Clearly ya’ll had no issue picking a global elitist who surrounded himself with the same, but now you’re worried Biden will do the same?

What a fucked up alternative reality you people inhabit.  But I get it, you have to go to extraordinary lengths to draw comparisons to paint Biden somehow being just as bad or worse than Trump.

Keep fucking dreaming.  One candidate has a case pending for raping a 14 yr old along with multiple ither women and bragging about sexual assault, one doesn’t.
