Russia DID interfere in our election, despite what Trump/the WH says.
OF COURSE they interfered... no one is debating that. Did Trump ever say that? If he did, my bad... and I'd agree he'd be wrong.
Now then.... feeble "interference" is a far cry from effectively "influencing" the election. And that's an important distinction.
It's obvious the losers of the last Prexy election would love to confuse the public about that distinction.

Our legal system gives broad latitude to law enforcement & prosecutors to build a case for indictment before a grand jury.
In grand jury proceedings, as I hope you know, witnesses and those 'suspected' DO NOT HAVE attorney-counsel present.
Therefore... not cross-examination, no rebuttals, no objections. It isn't a trial.
It's a ONE-SIDED affair. By design. Prosecutors are trying to determine IF they have a case (for indictment/trial).
PROSECUTORS NEVER (if you can give me another example, I'm all ears) "NOT CHARGE"... AND THEN "CHARGE" IN THE COURT OF
PUBLIC OPINION. IT'S NOT DONE. IT'S GROSSLY UNFAIR. IT'S A ONE-SIDED STORY, UN-CHALLENGED.
Is the President above the law? No. He's not below it, either. He's afforded the same Constitutional protections as any
other citizen.
The 5th Amendment (the right to plead) of the Constitution was violated by Mueller, via his report/stand-up routine.
The 6th Amendment (jury trial rights) of the Constitution was violated by Mueller.
Most importantly:
The 14th Amendment (equal protection/innocent until proven guilty) of the Constitution was UTTERLY TRAMPLED UNDERFOOT
BY MUELLER.
Don't even get me started on the fact that, according to the Special Counsel statute, that says that A PREDICATE CRIME HAS TO BE
ESTABLISHED BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT OF A SPECIAL COUNSEL.
(No such crime was ever specified). = no legitimate special counsel.
Mueller could have provided (in volume 2 of his "special" report... it was "special", all right) and included "probable cause" evidence to
indict.... but for our DOJ guidelines. He didn't even go that far.
Also, Mueller was asked (by Barr)... "Would your 'no obstruction' decision -- deferred to Barr/Rosenstein-- HAD BEEN DIFFERENT, if not for
our "no indictment of sitting POTUS" department guidelines?"
His answer..."no". 3 times.
People we hate still should be afforded their rights. Yes?
After all, even newspapers use the word "alleged" before conviction. Except, for Trump.
