and in this case,  the coach was doing the prayer on his own,  it was players that ASKED if they could join him.

well if it had happened to a Muslim,  I promise he wouldnt have been fired, and if he had.. the lower courts would have found in his favor ( as they should have ) as far as the Satanist,  cant say for sure on that one,  but that might have come down to if there was a goat or not.

i dont buy that harrassment crap,  we had team prayers 30 years ago,  if you joined you joined if you didnt you didnt... hell not even all the coaches took part.  In this day and age I dont think anybody is really going to say much about somebody not taking part in a prayer,  certainly not as offensive as when people openly disrespect the American flag IMO.

Honestly that argument is pretty weak for this specific example considering the coach was fired for what he says started as him taking a knee for a personal moment of prayer.  If this was some kind of community that would have targeted non participants I find it highly unlikely that the coach would have been fired.
