Our society in the U.S. has become polarized and agenda ridden. It will never recover. This is our new normal thanks to social media. Ignorance and small mindedness will prevail as everything is now fake news or bots spewing propaganda.

There are plenty of people who are silently seething (and probably misunderstanding) the sentiment of the change movement today.

Here's an example; I was with a customer from WI recently. We were talking Vikings/Packers of course. During the discussion he slips in there that a lot of Packer players were pissing him off this year, he's "tired of it." A dyed in the wool green/gold fan for life.

That's the kinda emotion and sentiment out there.

I sure as hell dont condone violence, I dont support defunding police. But I do believe there is plenty to be remedied in Amerika.  Bad stuff that has been going on for far too long.

Genie is out of the bottle. It aint going to go back like before either. Before being pre-Floyd murder.

Anyone read the comments yesterday and today on Facebook from the Minnesota Vikings? Where they post stuff like 'Ready for Gameday!' with a pic of Dalvin Cook, etc. you know the stuff. These nut jobs are coming out and going nuts on the NFL in the comments section: 'I'll never watch the NFL again, Bisi Johnson kneeled!! You'll never get another fucking dime!!'. I mean like CRAZY stuff. So angry, but in the way a psycho is angry. Social media is a toxic sewer pit. And most of those replies are from bots......sad.

Watching the pre-game stuff before the Chiefs game, my son and I were sarcastically yelling at the screen: "Unity, BOO!" "Togetherness, BOO!!." "Black LIves Matter, BOOO!!!"

I think it's important to remember that these people do not represent a majority in this country. They're a distinct minority. Largely racist, isolated from the real world and hating all those who live there, with nothing better to do than be angry on social media.

I watched several games this weekend and it was interesting how the SJ commentary varied between games.  For example, I did not know which SJ stuff occurred during the pre-game in Minneapolis.  Simply was not shown on my Fox station and a relatively limited mention during the halftime.  Other games more clearly highlighted the SJ activities, particularly MNF and TNF.

Is this going to be an every week thing where announcers give us a SJ spiel and tell us which players stood or kneeled during the anthem?  I watch football for the game not the commentary (anything not pertaining to the game).
