As far as hydroxychloroquine, it's not proven to be a conspiracy so until there is evidence to refute the anecdotal result that global studies are showing you are the one looking to be posting the conspiracy theories.
As far as the drug shortages, that is in question as well since major pharmacy chains have stated in the last week that there is stock of the drug and since it is a prescription drug it cant really be run on and hoarded by idiots. They did say that they are now allowing big scripts to be filled so that there isnt a shortage created by panic purchasing. They believe that those that need the drug for other uses will still be able to get their script filled, just not maybe the amount they want and will have to get refills more often than they are used to. They did acknowledge that there might be outages at isolated stores, but they will find them at other locations as they will move the drug to where its needed.
