Keenum will play a lot better than he showed yesterday. But anyone who thinks they got the 2nd coming of Montana or Brees (as Denver radio seems to think, completely ignoring how much Minnesota's supporting cast inflated his numbers) is fooling himself. He IS a journeyman QB. But you can win Super Bowls with QBs like that provided you surround him with talent. Broncos will be a lot better this year but they don't have a complete team.

Keenum will certainly show better than Saturday night. But he's a limited QB and that's part of why the Vikings let him walk. Its just so part of the sports media machine today to be so bi-polar: you're great or garbage. Hype machine in overload.

Case is on his 4th team. Isn't that kind of an journeyman's description? The thing with Case for me and based only on what I saw last year. He will put in the effort. Talent lacking nobody tried harder.
