Things coming to a head with Matt Stafford....
#11
...and there it is. This was the stupidest rumor from the beginning. It isn't fantasy football.

Adam Schefter
LA’s quarterback is back: the Rams and Matthew Stafford reached agreement today on a restructured deal that keeps him in Los Angeles and quashes any and all trade speculation, per sources.

Jordan Schultz
@Schultz_Report
The #Raiders and #Giants made aggressive financial offers to Matthew Stafford, including multi-year deals with significant guarantees, per sources. While the Rams’ offer will fall short of those figures, Stafford and the team let cooler heads prevail and everyone agreed that staying in LA—without relocating his family—gives him the best chance at another Super Bowl. And now it’s done.

Yep, he's back to being the #1 QB option available.

Shedeur to LV seems like a perfect fit, but I think the Giants draft him or Ward, whoever falls to #3. LV will not have a shot at one of the top 2 QB's unless they pay dearly to move up.

They won too much in 24.

One of my sons is a Giants fan and hoping they don't end up with Shedeur

I think he probably was anyway...for certain teams. You don't rebuild around a 37 year old QB, but you could around a 27 year old. I think Stafford is a guy you bring in only if you feel you're a QB away. I don't think he would've made any sense for anyone other than maybe the Steelers. Nor would he have accepted a trade to a rebuilding team. I mean talk about career ender.
