Rookie QB,  we better upgrade all across that middle of the OL or theres gonna be a painful learning curve.

I agree with everything except the rookie QB. If this train keeps on rolling , the rookie QB could end up sitting another year or two. It's unlikely but could happen. Either way, the middle needs an upgrade.

IMO the coaching staff has been plenty patient.
