Stunned.  Not like holding for field goal is an important job.  Will the Vikes ever learn?
maybe Wright is the right man for the job?  for all we know the new found success by Joseph is attributed to working with Wright vs Berry?
Though I can't find it now, I thought I had read that Berry held for all the kicks during the 2 preseason games.  Strange, if Wright has been holding for a good portion of the kicks during training camp.

I hadnt paid attention.... I likely should have.  I was just spitballing to try and come up with a reason for this to make sense.

I'm out of the loop I guess-- So who's our punter?
Ryan Wright. 6-3, 245 as if that matters for punters. But it's pretty clear the Vikings didn't need Saturday's "punt-off" to decide their punter. Wright won. Probably also helps Berry catch on with another team.
Hmm 245 for a punter, maybe he could fill in at tight end.  Yea maybe not but still rather rotund for a punter.

hes not very athletic looking on TV,  probably can dunk a basketball and break ankles in 1 on 1,  but seems more like a madden guy than an actual football player.

Of course. I think its actually guaranteed. I'd be surprised if it didn't happen. We can't have nice things.

It kinda lets you ask yourself if you are skeptic or a cynic.  Does occurrence establish cause or can probability best explain the outcome.  Zim/Spiel and the Carlson decision.  I am a skeptic investing and listening to politics and a cynic when I am reading opinions why the Vikings will fail.  Skeptic or cynic, pessimist or realist, it's a fine line.  I prefer sticking with the Kierkegaard line of reasoning.   Wink

That will happen at some point this season. But just fyi, Joseph went 6 for 6 with Wright holding after Berry was released.
