The thing is... Harbaugh is the most proven and the results speak for themselves. I worry that his personality will affect his staying power, but I'd be fine taking that gamble.
O'Connell would be my 1a/b to Harbaugh... who has failed as a HC out of the McVay tree? I think unlike Belicheck, McVay finds young, smart professionals with the right traits to be excellent coaches. Morris would be 3rd, but I don't have anything against him. Players love him by all accounts, you'd be banking on him having learned from past failures. Not a given... some guys are just excellent coordinators, not head coaches.
