I actually enjoyed seeing him in purple.  As much as I hate the packers,   I respected Favres moxie,  and the fact that him playing for is had cheeseheads exploding made it all worth it IMO for a packers great to wear our colors...and then there was the cowboys playoff game... icing on the cake. 

I was @ the Metrodome at the very 1st game vs Seattle in 82 I believe and the last game vs Lions in 16??

That Vikings/Cowboys game in 09 was definitely in my top 3. Vikings/Packers 09 was a good one too. 

Yes, I loved 09 and Favre was magnificent that year.

I had Packer buds who warned me he'll break my heart and he did. If that hurt SOB only ran for those few yards vs Saints instead of pass across the body? We'd have been going to the SB.
