Here we go again.  4th OC in 4 years.  Hope it is Kubiak's kid, at least the system will carry on.

Browns hired Vikings OC Kevin Stefanski as head coach.Stefanski is finally headed to Cleveland after finishing runner-up to Freddie Kitchens in last year's interview cycle. The 37-year-old Penn alum is ready to leave the nest following a successful run in Minnesota, working his way up from lowly assistant to full-time offensive coordinator over the course of 14 seasons. Only the Ravens, 49ers and Titans ran the ball on a higher percentage of plays than the Vikings in 2019 (48.3 percent), though Minnesota took better advantage of its receiving weapons as the year went on. Though not entirely unexpected, it's a mild surprise the Browns went with Stefanski after many had pegged Patriots OC and Ohio native Josh McDaniels as the clear favorite. With Stefanski wrapped up, all 32 NFL head-coaching seats have been filled.

Divisional rounds not finished, and every HC vacancy filled...that has to be a first.

I'm not sad. Brutal in-game adjustor. Really, the only time he did was the 2nd half of the Denver game. And even then it was a close thing as Cousins admitted it was just before the end of haltime when Kevin finally  committed to coming out in the hurry-up,

30 points in regulation in 2 Playoff Games. Gross.

I liked KS' upside, but there were definitely red flags.....Wasnt the master adjuster Shurmur was.

Wouldn't be opposed, but that doesn't have a continuity feel to it...
