My goodness, sometimes I wonder how you guys get through life.
...and here's Dr. Fauci saying the exact same thing I said yesterday...

And yes Maroon, Oregon has masks required outdoors.

Masks, face shields and face coverings are currently required statewide for indoor public spaces (for example, grocery stores, pharmacies, public transit, personal services providers, restaurants, bars, retail stores, and more). In addition, face coverings are required in outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible.
Children age 5 and up are required to wear a face covering. People with a disability or medical condition may request accommodation from the business if they cannot wear one.

look! they are even on a hiking trail in the official state announcement. I guess the only question remains was the governor maintaining her 6' distancing or not?
What is going ON here!!? LOL. You can't read? "When physical distancing is not possible." You can run. You can ride your bike. You can walk your dog. And, yes, you can go hiking. The very IDEA of going hiking is distancing. And you don't have to distance within your bubble, meaning your family, your kids. My God, this really isn't that complicated, Jimmy.
My reading skills are just fine, its you that has the problem apparently, shit I even highlighted it for you. Was she able to maintain distance, i dont know. If so then no mask needed, if not then by her mandate she should have been wearing one around her security team ( not her family)

Colorado has the same rule. I went hiking on Vail Pass on Monday. We had our masks, as did everybody else on the trail and when someone approached, we put our masks up, as did they, and when they passed, we put your masks back down, as did they. I would imagine if Jimmy were around, he might take my picture with my kids when our masks were down and call us hypocrites. And put me on Fox News for all the idiots to raise a fuss about.
Nope, because I have said since day 1 on the masks its not effective enough to be a battle for me. I couldn't care less if you wear one or not. And I certainly wouldn't be snapping pictures of your kids

Family, friends, security teams, work teams, street crews, construction crews, paint crews, landscaping teams....look, I know you live between a tumbleweed and a tractor somewhere in South Dakota, but you really should get out more. You remind me of my mother who, when told California announced their lockdown, was worried my flight there would be stopped at the border and escorted back to Colorado by F-16s. In reality, people still go to work, go to parks, walk their dogs, run on the beach, etc. And a mask "required in public spaces" policy is always accompanied by the qualifier "when social distancing is not possible," In other words, in crowds of people outside of your bubble, in lines, at parties. It's really not that complicated. Or hard.

I didn't find the disclaimer that you dont need to wear the mask if you know the other people you aren't distancing from. My apologies, apparently the science has found that the virus won't transfer to co workers outdoors.
I will say this: the people that live in low population states or in rural areas shouldn't be chiming in about masks: they don't have a clue. Its a completely different situation in cities where the density is there. Having said that, wearing masks on a hiking trail out in the woods or mountains is fucking stupid when you can social distance. Doctors and scientists have always consistently said the biggest worry is inside buildings/concerts/restaurants/bars/big family gatherings where you can't social distance for long periods of time (2-3 hours). That is overwhelmingly how this is getting spread, as those people not only get infected, but bring it back home.

It's not about "knowing" them, it's about knowing where they've been. Potential exposure to the virus is what you have to monitor. And everyone in those bubbles has to do it. For example, if anyone on those teams flies, they have to quarantine when they return. I don't distance from my kids. But when my girlfriend flies to Chicago she knows that when she comes back she can't come over for at least a few days. Poor thing...I'm sure this is an incredibly difficult time for her. And when their mother in law flies in from Dallas, she's not allowed to see them for a few weeks. The important thing is to be consistent about it.
At any rate, nothing will ever be 100% risk free.

why not? there are people that think some doctor in DC should be making directives that are one size fits all and should be universally applied. i agree on higher density and indoors restrictions being different than for rural areas, but shouldnt that also apply for people in city parks that arent crowded, or other areas where people have been arrested or fined for not wearing their masks that makes little sense like beaches where you can maintain distancing but masks are mandated? the whole handling of this thing has been fucked and the excuses from all sides are weak at best.
