AGG reminds me a lot of Kenny Golladay.
Not going to say AGG can't get off the press, he can. But his downfield separation lacks. He is easily worth a flier. Btw, what was the CB doing... might want to use your hands. Oh, Senior Bowl rules  Wink
That's why he reminds me a bit of Golladay...  neither is great at getting separation downfield, but both do a good job of using their size and long arms to haul in contested catches.  I read a good breakdown of AGG the other day and there were multiple clips of him hauling in some effortless contested catches on intermediate and deep throws (two were one handed catches).

I think he would be a good value pick on Day 3, just like Kenny G was for Detroit a few years ago.

Thanks for the clips BN! This Van Jefferson is intriguing to say the least. Lots of wiggle, can get deep. Inside and Outside. Me likey!

He's very Diggs-like in the way he gets separation on his routes and how he runs after the catch.  There were a couple times where he used his body to shield the CB and waited until the last minute to extend his hands for an over-the-the shoulder catch that brought back memories of #14...

Diggs struggled with this at first too. Adam also, IIRC. They both killed out of the Slot and grew as Outside Receivers, which is really all you can ask and is part of the reason so few Rookies get a 1,000 yards.

I like this kid. Think he'd be a good piece to add.

Day 1 you get a core special teamer, a guy who can tag doll CBs in the running game, very good hands, and can separate enough. He'd be a good complement to Thielen.

It'd be nice to get a guy like him, then double up with a guy who can take the top off the defense. Would go a long way to improving the receiving corps.
